I treat a limited number of clients a day to enable me to treat my clients in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere, and because I love spending time and care on each treatment I carry out.
I therefor require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if an appointment cannot be kept so that I can rebook the appointment with another client.

If you cancel after the 48 hour notice period a late cancellation charge and/or loss of deposit will be applied as I will be unable to fill the time to see another client at such short notice:
15mins appointment = £15
30mins appointment = £30
45mins appointment = £40
60mins appointment = £50
Anything over 60mins then a 50% charge of the planned treatment will apply.
Anti Wrinkle appointments
Due to the nature of the treatment a £35 non refundable deposit will be taken upon booking. This will cover the prescription fee which is ordered and paid for ahead of your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your planned treatment.
Your deposit cannot be transferred to another day should you wish to cancel or rebook. Anti wrinkle days are planned ahead for the amount of clients having it done on the same day and the product will be then be obsolete and non transferable.
If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-shows, they will be required to pay 100% of the services they have scheduled for.
If a client arrives 15mins or more after their appointment time we may need to reschedule your appointment as we may not have enough time to carry out the treatment safely and effectively. In this case late notice charges will apply.
