Need to Cancel?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booked appointment time, you will loose your deposit and if you cancel after 24 hours you will be invoiced the full treatment fee. We apply thes charges due to being unable to fill your appointment at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you soon.
